DolbomDream is a healthcare startup that develops systems to protect the golden time of health management using hyper-personalized data. We aim to contribute to a better life for humanity by creating a world where no one misses the golden time of health care. Starting with HUGgy, an air-inflated vest that provides psychological stability for individuals with developmental disabilities, we now operate Carearly, a monitoring system that collects lifelog data for seniors based on our proprietary Pneumatic BCG sensor technology.

Since its incorporation in March 2020, DolbomDream has grown steadily, receiving the CES Innovation Award, the Edison Awards, and multiple ministerial awards. In 2022, we won the Grand Prize at the K-Grand Championship, where winners of leading startup competitions in Korea compete. In 2023, we were selected for Samsung Electronics C-Lab Outside, became the first B-Corp certified company in the Daejeon and Chungcheong region, established a Singapore subsidiary with investment secured, and were recognized in Forbes Asia 30 Under 30, drawing global attention.

Applicants who pass the practical interview will receive an executive interview invitation by email.

The executive interview is typically conducted in a 2:1 format with two executives.

The interview may be conducted online or offline depending on circumstances.

Questions will focus on job competency and organizational culture.

Interview dates and times may be adjusted if necessary.

Failure to attend the interview will result in disqualification.

Applicants who pass the executive interview will receive an invitation for a CEO interview.

The meeting is typically conducted in a 1:1 format with the CEO.

The meeting may be accompanied by a meal depending on circumstances.

Final candidates will receive an email regarding salary negotiation and joining confirmation.

After salary agreement and confirmation of joining, required documents will be requested.

  • ID copy and resident registration extract: for social insurance registration and documentation
  • Bank account copy: for salary transfer
  • Degree certificates (all degrees obtained must be submitted)
  • Withholding tax certificate of earned income

The employment contract will be signed on the first day of work.

You will officially become a member of DolbomDream.

Who We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales strategies to generate revenue (field sales)
  • Support product development strategy in close collaboration with the product development team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in offline sales or within a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in B2B and B2G markets

Notes Before Applying

  • After a 3-month probation period, contract extension will be discussed. Conversion to full-time employment will be reviewed based on performance during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Senior monitoring and response through the smart care vest
  • Rapid response and 119 coordination in case of emergencies
